Middleburg, VA — June 4, 2025 — The Windy Hill Foundation is proud to announce two generous grants that support our mission to provide safe and affordable housing for low- and lower-income individuals and families, including older adults, as well as enrichment activities that foster stability, financial independence, and community well-being. The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors awarded a grant of $96,502, and 100WomenStrong provided a $10,500 grant.
“These grants have a profound impact on our ability to not just provide housing, but to create strong, supportive communities where our neighbors can thrive,” said Executive Director Eloise Repeczky. “We are deeply grateful to our funding partners for recognizing the importance of wraparound services that ensure housing stability and community well-being.” The support provided by these awards allow Windy Hill to continue meeting the diverse needs of residents across its portfolio of affordable housing communities, many of whom are seniors, families with young children, or individuals living with disabilities.
In May 2025, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved a competitive grant of $96,502.00 to Windy Hill Foundation as part of the Fiscal Year 2026 Human Services Nonprofit Grant Funding. Windy Hill is one of 45 nonprofit organizations in Loudoun County to be selected to receive grant funding that supports community-based health and human services and related infrastructure of care services, particularly for underserved residents.
