Volunteer Opportunities

Seasons After School Program Volunteer
Our after-school program, Seasons, runs weekly from September through June and is free to all Windy Hill families. Activities include games, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor play, and educational programming.

Mentor/Tutor for K-12th Grade Students
The mentor/tutor program pairs volunteers with youth to work on school projects, and achieve social, community, educational, and vocational goals. This is a chance to transform a young person’s life and build a relationship that will last.

Activities and Games Coordinator for Seniors
Lead activities, crafts, and games with the seniors at Levis Hill House – from arts and crafts and projects to bingo, board games, and more! Have a hobby or activity you enjoy? Come share your passion and skills with our Levis Hill residents.

Food and Hygiene Pantry
Pick up items from local partners, drop them off at Windy Hill’s office, or distribute them to our pantries. You can also arrange drives at your place of work of worship, your school, or other areas in the community.

Holiday Gift/Food Drive
Calling all Elves! Help our Resident Services team distribute donations over the holidays. Distribution occurs during the week of Thanksgiving and prior to the Christmas holidays.

Chef for Donna’s Feast
For more than 14 years, volunteers have been helping to prepare meals for our senior residents. Started by Donna Gravely, a local volunteer, Donna’s Feast provides residents of Levis Hill House with healthy, home-cooked meals every Friday.
