Dear Windy Hill Friends and Neighbors,
I hope your summer has been bright! Here at Windy Hill, I’m filled with gratitude and pride for our busy summer season and the opportunities we have had for growth and community gatherings. While you may be familiar with me from my quarterly newsletters, I have the pleasure of collaborating with, supporting, and learning from an incredible team of professionals. Our six-person Windy Hill staff, including myself, work with over 800 residents across nine properties. Thanks to your support, we continue to make meaningful strides in our mission to provide safe, affordable housing and life-enriching programs to our Windy Hill residents.
In our latest newsletter, I am also delighted to share the following updates which provide a glimpse into the heart of our community. Scroll to discover:
- We’ve Moved! We have moved into a new office in Middleburg, creating space for our growing team and deepening our community presence, and we have a new property management partner for our 100 homes in Middleburg, The Plains, and Marshall.
- Irene Llewellyn: The Middleburg Museum honors our founder’s history in a brief video highlighting her impact on our community.
- Drew MacMahon: Our President of Operations is featured in Country Zest & Style and highlights how he found his way home.
- Resident Impact: We feature our latest $10,000 Horizon Scholarship recipient and residents Krishma and Abdul in Country Zest & Style.
- Resident Summer Fun: Scroll to see our community cookouts and join us at our next one!
- Roots, Reach and Rise: Learn about our core areas of need and how you can get involved.
Thank you for being part of this journey. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to keeping you connected to the impact we’re making—together. Please come visit our new office or connect with me if you’d like to learn more about how you can support our Windy Hill neighbors.
Warmly,
Eloise Repeczky
