Rental Availability

Windy Hill works with outside, certified property management companies to lease and manage our rental properties. Please see specific contact information below for each of our communities.

To check for available housing, income requirements, information, and obtain a rental application, please contact the following property management team:

Windy Hill abides by state and national fair housing laws & regulations. Please contact the property management team above for more information.

Rental Rates Based on AMI (Area Median Income)

Our rental rates are designed to be affordable and are calculated based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for the region. We have over 310 units across 12 properties, each with specific income limits. The majority of our properties are restricted to 30-60% of AMI, with some exceptions reaching up to 80% AMI. In 2025, the AMI in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties was $163,900.
